About Us

A Great Place to Be

Discover a tennis club that offers friends and families a great place to play tennis and be social. The Lakewood Racquet & Sport Club offers tennis classes, drills, and private lessons in a beautiful Pacific Northwest setting. Our outdoor courts are located on ten spacious acres and just minutes from the I-5 freeway. We have four indoor courts to enjoy on rainy days.

Tennis and Much More

Our Club also offers a swimming pool, lounge, two racquetball courts, and a dedicated exercise area. Cardio machines include elliptical, lifecycle, rowing and treadmill. We have a personal trainer, Hugh Griffin, ready to schedule TRX Suspension training with you to build muscle, develop balance, flexibility, and core stabilization to reach your potential on and off the court!

Join Our Club

As a private club, we welcome social members, tennis players, families, and guests to enjoy the facilities and meet new friends on the court, at the pool, or at one of our many social events. We also have special Summer Memberships - great for families!

Testimonials

Here's what people have to say about us...

“It’s great being able to cheer for the home team and crack open a cold one with some fellow players after a hard fought match. Whether someone is picking up the game of tennis for the first time or a 4.5+ player, there’s mutual respect for everyone knowing that we all just want to get that dang green ball over the net!”

– Noel J.

"I love this club! It's my home away from home."

– Mike D.

"I started playing tennis in my 50s. It's great to be active again and getting back in shape."

"The Lakewood Racquet Club is more than just about tennis. It has been my good fortune to have become associated with and in many cases become friends with such an outstanding group of people."

– Jim M.

"The Lakewood Racquet Club is an excellent part of our family's quality time we spend together."

"The Club you can't live without."
