Winston Ngo

Tennis Instructor

Winston grew up playing tennis in sunny Southern California. He later played tennis at the University of California, Irvine, and graduated with his engineering degree. With 20 years of competitive experience and 10 years of coaching juniors up to a 5-star rating he is confident in his ability to develop your game. He likes to maintain a lively atmosphere on the court and helps his players maintain a positive mindset while valuing an effective work ethic.  

John Cassens

Tennis Instructor

  John played number 1 single and doubles at Illinois state Univ. During his men's open career he was always in the top 10.  With more than 40 years of experience, John is certified through the USPTA. He has coached at numerous schools, including Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle University, Augustana College, and Decatur High School. His teaching credentials include tennis director of Bally total fitness and Edgebrook Tennis Club.  

David Vichitthavong

Tennis Instructor 

David started playing and coaching tennis in 2011 in Pittsburgh, PA at the Mellon Tennis Center and trained mostly on the Frick Park Clay Courts. He moved back to Washington in 2016 and continued playing adult leagues, captaining teams, and coaching juniors and adults. David has over 10 years of coaching experience learning from many coaches with different styles and focuses. His focus is to develop the mental game and working on tactical/strategic tennis to improve technique and match play by using attention to detail on players’ needs. He currently focuses on helping players improve and understand the ebbs and flows of match play in order to help them improve in high school and tournaments.

Isaac Giddens

Tennis Instructor 

Isaac began playing tennis at the age of six years old in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, going on to play competitively in high school and at the Division II level for Erskine College. With a Master’s in Health Administration, Isaac and his wife moved to Washington in late 2025.
